Over the past weeks many of you have watched disturbing footage of anti-ICE protests across the country. We have seen mobs interfering with lawful arrests, blocking federal vehicles, striking officers, and in some cases attempting to use vehicles as weapons. We have also heard repeated claims that ICE is arresting U.S. citizens. That claim is false.
ICE does not have authority to arrest American citizens. Out of hundreds of thousands of arrests, only two individuals were mistakenly detained, both of whom were immediately released once citizenship was verified. Yet the outrage continues, and on the surface, it makes no sense. Why are people losing their minds over the arrest of illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes?
That question forces us to look deeper. This is not merely politics. There is a geopolitical and spiritual dimension driving what we are witnessing.
Recently, activists occupied a Target store in St. Paul, Minnesota, accusing the company of allowing ICE to operate in its parking lot. Protesters sat on the floor chanting and singing, claiming—without evidence—that ICE agents were detaining parents and abandoning children. Those claims were false. What stood out was not only the deception, but the demographic profile of the protesters and the emotional fervor behind it. Many are deeply shaped by social media narratives and mainstream media framing, disconnected from reality, yet convinced they are on the side of righteousness.
Meanwhile, the reality on the ground tells a very different story.
ICE has been arresting illegal aliens convicted of murder, domestic abuse, sexual assault, and drunk driving. In Minnesota alone, nearly 500 illegal aliens with active ICE detainers have been released back into the community because state and local officials refuse to cooperate with federal law enforcement.
Among those released was a Guatemalan national charged with multiple counts of child sexual assault, freed despite a federal detainer. DHS has also warned that accused sex offenders with final orders of removal remain at large in the St. Paul area, including individuals wanted for rape, kidnapping, gang activity, and violent assault. These are not hypothetical risks. These are real predators, released by policy choices.
Federal officials report that ICE operations in Minnesota have removed over 2,500 criminal aliens tied to violent crimes, while more than 1,300 remain in custody and are at risk of release due to non-cooperation. This pattern is not isolated. It is happening nationwide under sanctuary-city policies.
At the same time, ICE officers are being vilified, harassed, and physically endangered while carrying out lawful duties. In one widely reported incident, an activist involved in organized anti-ICE operations attempted to flee and drove her vehicle directly toward a federal officer. The media narrative immediately framed her as a victim. Video evidence tells a different story. Driving a vehicle toward law enforcement is the use of a deadly weapon. The response was defensive, not political.
The insanity reached a new level when anti-ICE protesters invaded a church during a worship service in Minnesota, accusing the pastor of being an ICE agent. That event was openly defended by media figures under the banner of “free speech.” This is a grotesque distortion of the First Amendment. The right to protest does not override the right to worship. Federal law explicitly protects churches from intimidation and disruption. Storming a sanctuary during prayer is not activism. It is lawlessness.
So what is really going on?
Author and investigative journalist Peter Schweizer has recently released a book titled Invisible Coup, which lays out a sobering thesis: immigration is being deliberately weaponized by foreign adversaries and ideological movements to destabilize the United States from within.
Schweizer documents how hostile foreign powers and transnational movement’s view mass migration not primarily as a humanitarian issue, but as a strategic tool. Migration brings not only people, but political networks, ideological loyalties, and organized movements that are often hostile to the nation receiving them. These networks operate inside our institutions, our universities, our streets, and our media ecosystem. I agree with Schweizer and in my opinion, the goal is to demoralize and destabilize the West in order to usher in a new digital economy, a new digital identity system, and a new form of global governance. Binding it all together is a unifying ideology—the counterfeit, inverted religion of Mystery Babylon—that provides the moral and spiritual glue for this system.
He also explains how Islamist movements have historically treated migration as a form of conquest, rooted in doctrinal concepts of Hijrah and expansion. Let me be blunt. Islam is a threat to western society, Christians, and Jewish people. Islam hides under the veil of a religion, but it functions as a political ideology that seeks to establish a caliphate and impose Sharia law. Islam functions as a political ideology because it possesses the defining characteristics of one. It includes its own civil law, its own system of justice, its own authority structure, its own loyalty demands, its own language, and its own comprehensive cultural framework governing every area of life including the economy, social structure, and a two-tiered system of personal rights.
Historically and doctrinally, classical Islamic law divides the world into believers and non-believers. Christians, Jews, and all others outside Islam are designated as outsiders and assigned a lower legal and social status under traditional Sharia systems. In those systems, non-Muslims were required to submit to Islamic rule and, in the case of Jews and Christians, to pay a special tax (jizya) as a sign of subjugation.
These same legal frameworks have at various points in history, included provisions that sharply restrict the rights of non-Muslims and women, treating them as legally inferior. While not all Muslims interpret or practice these doctrines today, many do and the ideology itself—when applied in its traditional forms—poses a direct threat to religious freedom and equal justice, particularly for Christians, Jews, and anyone outside Islam. For example, when we hear Islamists say ““I will burn you all. I will cut your throats. I will rape you and your mother because I have the right to do so.” Where does he get this? Such Islamists routinely cite the same hadiths and verses from the Koran. Verses in the Koran such as 4:3, 4:24, 8:12, 47:4, for instance, permit Muslim men to “strike the necks” and to have sexual relations with as many women as “their right hand possesses,” meaning as many women — all non-Muslim, of course — as they are able to take captive during a jihad.
This convergence is what is often referred to as the Red–Green Axis, where Globalists, Communists, Socialists, and Marxists use Islam as a battering ram to weaken and ultimately destroy the West.
Islamic migration is used to establish political footholds, reshape host societies, and advance ideological goals. At the same time, Western progressive movements openly describe refugee policy as a means of “transforming” societies and driving radical social change. These agendas converge, not because they ultimately agree, but because they temporarily share a common enemy: the nation-state, biblical Christianity, and Western civilization.
This is not accidental. It is strategic.
When large numbers of people are brought into a country illegally, without assimilation or integration, while carrying ideologies such as Marxism, socialism, or Islamism, the goal is not compassion. It is destabilization. Borders erode. Law is delegitimized. National identity dissolves. Moral foundations collapse. Once that happens, centralized power steps in to “restore order.”
That is how civilizations fall.
Scripture warned us this would come. Daniel 7:23 says, “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, trample it and break it in pieces.’” The Bible describes a future global system that consumes nations rather than coexists with them. What we are watching today is not the fulfillment yet, but the groundwork being laid. America is the only nation standing in the way of Globalism. The global elites know they have to destroy America to achieve their Luciferian dream of ruling the entire world.
Whether the protesters understand this or not is beside the point. Many of them are just useful idiots. The elites do. The masses are being fed narratives that appeal to emotion while masking reality. History has always shown how easily people can be manipulated into dismantling the very structures that protect their freedoms.
This is not conspiracy. It is convergence.
We must cultivate discernment. We are commanded to love the truth, uphold justice, care for the innocent, and protect what God has entrusted to us. As watchmen on the wall, it is our duty to warn others about what is unfolding in our world. This is how we remain salt and light.
Do we desire people, including Islamic people, to be saved? Absolutely. But when individuals or ideologies come with the intent to kill, steal, and destroy, the terms change. Protection rises to the forefront to safeguard the work of ministry.
This is why Jesus, on the night before His crucifixion, told His disciples to sell what they had and buy a sword. During His earthly ministry, His divine presence had provided their protection. Once He departed, they would face real and increasing hostility and would need to take practical measures to defend themselves.
Discernment and speaking truth are not hatred, and refusing to tolerate an ideology that seeks to dominate and dismantle our way of life is not unloving—it is obedience.
Pray. Stay alert. Refuse deception. And stand firm in the truth as the days grow darker.
