Dr. Randall Price: Gog and Magog Is Pre-Trib but Post-Rapture
Dr. Randall Price explains why he places the Gog and Magog invasion of Ezekiel 38 before the tribulation but after the rapture, and what has to happen in Israel first.
Pastor Brandon Holthaus sat down with archaeologist and author Dr. Randall Price at the Prophecy Watchers conference in Colorado. They cover the two messages Dr. Price brought to the conference, Titus 2 and the Magog war, and then work through the current picture in Israel: a high priest installed, the Sanhedrin reconvened, the Knesset vote on Judea and Samaria, and temple movements that describe everything as being in readiness.
From there the conversation turns to the geopolitics. Dr. Price walks through the reported 25 billion dollar Russia and Iran nuclear memorandum discussed in this interview, Turkey's position, and why Ezekiel's language about wealth and resources now has something concrete to point at with Tamar and Leviathan offshore gas. He also makes the case for why Ezekiel's "dwelling securely" fits Israel today.
The last section is Dr. Price on his own ground. He is one of the most trusted voices on the Temple Mount, and he explains where the temple actually stood, what happens to the Dome of the Rock, and what has come out of the soil removed from the Mount: roughly 7,000 coins, inscriptions, jewelry, and floor tiles that let archaeologists reconstruct the temple courts.
Along the way there is a serious word for pastors on why prophecy goes unpreached, and a line worth the whole interview: if there is a mist in the pulpit, there is a fog in the pew.
