Hamas has a history of infiltrating nongovernmental organizations working in Gaza, according to a new report.  Documents removed from Gaza by the Israel Defense Forces and obtained by NGO Monitor reveal “the terrorist group’s systemic control of foreign NGOs operating in Gaza.”
